Deposit
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to schedule your Brainspotting Intensive. Payment must be made in full prior to your first appointment.
Additional Intensive Sessions
If you have already completed a Therapy Intensive, you can purchase additional sessions:
- 1 Day Intensive: $750 (4 hours of therapy + 1 hour follow up)
- 2 Day Intensive: $1,350 (8 hours of therapy + 1 hour follow up)
- 3 Day Intensive: $1,950 (12 hours of therapy + 1 hour follow up)
All major debit/credit cards and HSA/FSA cards are accepted (via Stripe).
Insurance
Health insurance policies do not cover the cost of intensives and I do not provide superbills. Please expect that this will be a cash-pay service that is not reimbursed by your insurance company. However, you are able to use HSA and FSA cards.
Cancellation Policy
Your Therapy Intensive appointment times are held exclusively for you. I require at least 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You may call, email, or text to inform me that you will be unable to make your appointment. Sessions that are cancelled or missed without 72 hours’ notice will incur a $200 cancellation fee (except in cases of a true emergency or extenuating circumstance).
No Surprises Act
- You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
- You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
- Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
